Trebinje Development Agency in cooperation with Mountaineering association „Vučji zub“ organized a promotional event at mountain hut Ubla on 26th of March.
The goal of the event was the promotion of content for children that was created as part of the implementation of the PRONACUL project in Trebinje.
A large number of citizens enjoyed the sunny day and beautiful surroundings, while the children enjoyed using mini zip-line and climbing the artificial rock.
In addition to these contents, as part of the pilot action in Trebinje, via ferratas on Orjen, a mountain resting place, road signs and information boards were installed.
The PRONACUL project (Promotion of natural and cultural heritage for the development of sustainable tourism in protected areas), with the Regional Development Agency Zasavje from Slovenia as a leading partner, is implemented by 11 other partner organizations from Italy, Greece, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, and is financed through the ADRION program. The project emphasizes the idea of promotion and preservation of natural and cultural heritage and supports the development of a transnational strategy for the joint promotion of the ADRION area as a tourist destination.
