The cultural and recreational center carries out cultural, sports and tourist activities. Cultural activities take place in the Workers' Home in Hrastnik and in the Cultural Home in Dol pri Hrastnik. The KRC Hrastnik also manages the museum, the miner Mlakar's apartment and the Granary in Šavna peča - all important coultural aspects. Sports activities are carried out in the sports hall in Hrastnik and in the sports hall Dolanka na Dol pri Hrastnik, on winter pool and outdoor sports facilities. An important part of the KRC institution is TOURIST INFORMATION CENTER, which takes care of the tourist offer and activities in Hrastnik.
